Yang Zhen: Appeal for family education law

Yang Zhen, deputy to the National People's Congress, Associate Director of Equipment Manufacturing Department , Nanhai Institute of Mechanics, Foshan City.

Yang believed that China should enact the Family Education Law as soon as possible to strengthen the public service function and parent’s primary responsibility in family education, putting forward family education standardization. Furthermore, the management of various guidance service institutions, especially market-oriented guidance service institutions needs clear provisions; parents, other guardians or family guidance service agencies should be punished for failing to perform their duties or performing their duties improperly.
