2018年足球世界杯正在俄罗斯打响，这个四年一度的体育盛事，是全球瞩目的狂欢节、足球爱好者的嘉年华。今年6月、7月去俄罗斯旅游的佛山市民预计比去年同期增加40%，更多球迷选择坐在屏幕前，用自己的方式享受这场足球盛宴。

On June 14, World Cup 2018 was held in Russia. This sports event held every four years is a carnival for football fans worldwide. This June and July, it is estimated that the number of Foshan residents going to Russia will increase 40% compared with the same period last year. 随着世界杯开波，佛山部分体彩网点开辟了备有饮料、零食的休闲区以及设有大屏幕电视的看球区，满足市民们的多种需求。目前，佛山共有11个实现电子化的体彩网点。佛山不少商家也推出了以世界杯为主题的活动。市内不少酒吧适时打出了24小时营业、看球抽奖等广告，吸引球迷前来消费。不少运动品牌专卖店将球衣摆上货架，七人制足球联赛等赛事也都将在世界杯期间开波。

As World Cup officially starts, some sports lottery spots open leisure areas with drinks and snacks and football-watching areas with big screen television to satisfy multiple needs. Some bars open for 24 hours and advertise lottery to attract football fans. And some sports brand shops sell football shirts. Foshan seven-man football matches also kick off during World Cup.

本届世界杯共有场馆12座，而佛山中央空调进入其中的9个。美的中标7座，包括决赛场馆卢日尼基体育场等，而志高也拿下了2座场馆的中央空调多联机设备供应权。海信集团斥资1亿美元拿下世界杯品牌赞助商的头衔，万和成为阿根廷国家足球队官方赞助商。佛山品牌闪耀世界杯。

There are 12 venues in this World Cup and Foshan central air-conditioning enters into 9 of them. Midea bids for 7 venues including the final venue Luzhniki Stadium and Chigo takes over the air-conditioning equipment supply of 2 venues. Hisense Group spent 100 million USD on the title of World Cup sponsor. Vanward became the official sponsor of Argentina national football team. Foshan brands are shining across the world.

去年9月，佛山足球小将梁锦辉正式加盟葡萄牙足球俱乐部（科瓦彼达迪足球俱乐部），实力非凡。随着校园足球的发展，越来越多佛山青少年喜爱在足球场上“切磋球技”。

2017年，佛山27所学校被认定为首批省级青少年校园足球推广学校，禅城区和顺德区入选第一批广东省校园足球试点县（市、区），佛山的足球氛围愈加浓厚。目前，佛山市有青少年校园足球特色学校超50所，成为全国校园足球特色学校最多的城市，正在努力打造“校园足球特色名城”。

In 2017, 27 Foshan schools were chosen as the first batch of provincial teenage campus football publicity schools. Chancheng District and Shunde District were selected to be the first batch of Guangdong campus football demonstration districts. The football atmosphere is getting stronger in Foshan. So far, there are more than 50 teenage campus football characteristic schools in Foshan, which makes Foshan become the city with most campus football characteristic schools nationwide. Foshan is striving to build “campus football characteristic city”.

上个世纪八九十年代，佛山曾经有一支叱咤中国足坛的职业足球队——佛山足球队，后来更名为佛斯弟俱乐部。1997年，因经营不善，球队被转卖。从此佛山足球陷入了一段10年的低迷期。如今，佛山的青少年足球已取得长足的进步，成为省内多项赛事冠军的有力争夺者。

In the 1980s and 1990s, there was a famous professional football team in China, Foshan football team, which was later named as Fosti Football Club. In 1997, this football team was sold due to poor management. Since then, Foshan football was stuck in a 10-year downturn. Nowadays, Foshan football has achieved long term development and become a strong competitor in various matches in Guangdong province.

正带领佛山市U17男子足球队备战省运会的杨应忠将世界杯当作最佳的教学课。作为一名有着近二十年执教经验的足球教练，杨应忠要求队员遵守纪律，更要有团队意识，“我一直拿冰岛队为例，这支没有球星的球队在欧洲杯战胜众多强敌、并在世界杯上逼平阿根廷队，基础是团结一致、努力训练。”

Yang Yingzhong, the coach of Foshan U17 men’s football team preparing for Guangdong sports games, took the World Cup as the best lesson. As a football coach with about 20 years of experience, Yang asked his team members to obey rules and have team spirit. “I have been taking Team Iceland as an example. This football team without football stars won a lot of matches in European Cup and reached a tie with Team Argentina in World Cup. The basis is to unite as one and train hard.” said Yang.
