When various causes lead to impaired outflow or backflow of pancreatic juice, the pancreas and surrounding tissues become "self-digested" by the digestive enzymes secreted by the pancreas — and that is how this disease occurs.

什么原因会引起胰腺的“自我消化”呢?


1、暴饮暴食:短时间大量食物涌入,刺激胰腺疯狂分泌消化液,压力骤增,消化酶 “提前激活”,直接消化胰腺自身,引发剧烈炎症;

Pressure inside the pancreas rises abruptly, digestive enzymes are "activated prematurely," directly digesting the pancreas itself and triggering severe inflammation.
2. High-fat meals: Fatty meats, barbecue, cream, fried foods — these cause a sharp rise in blood lipids, which can block the pancreatic blood vessels and worsen inflammation.
3. Heavy alcohol consumption: Alcohol directly damages pancreatic cells and also causes spasm of the pancreatic duct, impairing drainage. This double blow readily triggers pancreatitis.
4. Additional risk factors: People who already have gallstones or cholecystitis are at even higher risk of developing gallstone‑induced pancreatitis if they eat improperly during the holidays.

3. Accompanying symptoms: Nausea and vomiting (the key distinction is that the abdominal pain does not relieve after vomiting!), bloating, fever. In severe cases, palpitations, cold sweats, and a drop in blood pressure may occur.

2、长期饮酒、高血脂、肥胖人群;
