Foshan won international recognition again! 

6月5日，商务部网站消息称，近日美国科尔尼管理咨询公司发布了《全球城市报告》，佛山入选2018年全球最具影响力城市榜单。

On June 5th, according to the offical website of Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, recently American corporation A.T. Kearney issued “Report of Global Cities” , in which Foshan was selected on the list of the world’s most influential cities in 2018.

今年新进榜单的7个城市中有6个是中国城市，佛山就是其中之一。广东省共有广州、深圳、佛山、东莞4个城市入围。佛山综合排名位居广深之后，在全省地级市中位列第一。

Among seven cities selected on the list this year, six are from China. And Foshan is one of the six cities. Four cities in Guangdong are on the list including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan and Dongguan. Foshan follows Guangzhou and Shenzhen and ranks first among the prefecture-level cities in Guangdong.

据了解，本次榜单专家依据27项标准对全球135个城市进行评选。参考指标包括商业环境、人力资源、信息交流、文化发展以及市民政治活动参与度。

It is known that experts will choose among 135 cities worldwide based on 27 criteria. Reference indicators include business environment, human resources, information exchange, cultural development and citizen participation in political activities.

进入全球最具影响力城市排行榜是对佛山持续加大对外宣传力度，塑造城市品牌形象，提升城市在海内外知名度和美誉度的认可。

Foshan being on the list of the most influential cities is a recognition of Foshan’s constant effort in increasing external propaganda, shaping brand image and enhancing city awareness and reputation home and abroad.
