2月18日，广东在深圳召开全省高质量发展大会，广东省政协副主席、佛山市委书记郑轲在大会上作视频发言。
Guangdong Provincial High-quality Development Conference was held in Shenzhen on Feb. 18. Zheng Ke, Vice Chairman of Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPPCC and Secretary of the CPC Foshan Municipal Committee, delivered a video speech at the meeting.
郑轲表示，佛山制造业当家的下一个目标，是到2030年规上工业总产值，由现在的3万亿跃升到4万亿。实现这一目标，不能做3+1=4的简单加法，必须走产业与科技融合聚变的发展之路。
今年，重在产业转型，沿着装备制造、泛家居等产业链条，加快技术改造、数字赋能；重在动能转换，提升36个各类实验室创新能力，努力在氢氨融合、碳碳材料、激光数控机床等新赛道上跑得快一点；重在成果转化，布局五大中试、十大转化平台，推进减速器、伺服电机等核心技术产业化，实施璀璨行动，裂变一批专精特新企业。
Zheng Ke said, “The next goal of Foshan’s manufacturing industry development is to increase the total industrial value above designated size from 3 trillion nowadays to 4 trillion by 2030. To achieve this goal, we can not just do the simple addition of “ 3+1=4”. We must embark on the new way of the fusion and innovation of industry and sci-tech.
This year, we will prioritize the followings.
Industrial Transformation.We will accelerate technical evolution and digitalization of the industry chains of equipment manufacturing and pan-furnishing.
Replacement of the Driving Forces. We will strengthen the innovation capabilities of 36 laboratories, and try to make greater progress in emerging sectors including H2-NH3 new energy, C-C composite and laser CNC.
The Commercialization of Sci-Tech Achievements.We will build 5 pilot-scale experiment platforms and 10 transformation platforms, accelerate the industrialization of the key technologies including reducers and servo motors, launch the Display-Equipment-Industry-Development Campaign, and rapidly develop a group of specialized and new enterprises.”
