社会面疫情防控措施的通告
根据疫情防控工作需要，经研究，决定自11月20日起，在全区范围内进一步加强社会面疫情防控相关措施。现将有关事项通告如下：
一、强化社区管理。倡导非必要不离开顺德，市民连续3天参加我区全员核酸检测，减少外出，不串门、不聚集、不扎堆，确需外出时严格遵守疫情防控要求，做好个人防护。跨区流动须持24小时内核酸检测阴性证明。出入村（社区）、企业、住宅小区、写字楼（办公大楼）和农贸市场等各类场所，严格实行测温、扫场所码和查验24小时内核酸检测阴性证明。
二、强化重点场所和机构管理。娱乐场所（KTV、歌舞厅、游艺厅等）、电影院、室内游泳馆、剧院、酒吧、健身房、网吧、台球厅、棋牌室、麻将馆、密室逃脱、足浴店、美容按摩院、洗浴中心、室内景点、图书馆、博物馆等密闭半密闭场所暂停营业。养老机构、母婴保健机构封闭管理。公安监管场所、福利机构、救助管理机构、精神卫生机构、宗教活动场所、康复机构等重点特殊场所暂停探视，工作人员两点一线。
三、强化交通管控。乘坐各类公共交通工具须凭24小时内核酸检测阴性证明，其他车辆（含出租车、网约车、社会车辆等）在严格落实疫情防控措施下有序流动。
四、加大团体码的推广应用。区内各用人单位须通过粤省事APP申领团体码，所有员工和访客须凭24小时内核酸检测阴性证明进出。
五、减少社会面流动。疫情期间倡导工作生活两点一线，严格落实各项疫情防控措施，停止非必要聚集活动，严格大型活动监管，从严从简开展节庆活动。餐饮服务单位（含饮品店、小吃店、早餐店等）暂停堂食，只提供到店自取、网络或电话等外卖订餐服务。
上述措施自本通知发布之日起实施，后续根据疫情防控需要进行动态调整。

Notice of Shunde District
on strengthening community-based
COVID-19 prevention and control measures
In view of current COVID-19 situation, it has been decided that intensified efforts must be made from November 20 to curb the spread of COVID-19 across Shunde District. The details are notified as follows:
1. Strengthening community-based management. Residentsin Shunde Districtare advised not to leavethe district unless necessary and should get PCRtest for 3 days in a row, go out less, stop visits and gatherings, and keep social distancing. Those that really need to go out should strictly follow relevant requirements and conduct sound personal protection.A 24-hour negative PCR test result is required forcross-district visits. Body temperature checking, venue code scanning and a 24-hour negative PCR test result are strictly required for exit and entry to public places such as villages (communities), enterprises, residential quarters, office buildings and farmers’ markets.
2. Strengthening the management of key places. It is decided to temporarily suspend business in closed and semi-closed place, including entertainment venues (KTVs, dancing halls, entertainment halls), cinemas, indoor swimming stadiums, theaters, bars, gyms, Internet cafes, billiard halls, chess and poker rooms, mahjong rooms, venues for escape room game, foot bath centers, beauty/ massage salons, bath centers, indoor scenic spots, libraries and museums. Closed-offmanagementwill be implemented in elderly care institutions and maternal and child health care institutions. Visits to key special places will be temporarily suspended,including areas under public security supervision and management, social welfare facilities, social aid and management facilities, mental health facilities, venues for religious activities and rehabilitation facilities, with staff required to commute straight between home and workplace.
3. Tightening traffic control measures. A 24-hour negative PCR test result is required for taking all types of public transport. People taking other vehicles (including taxis, car hailing, social vehicles) shall strictly follow relevant requirements.
4. Increasing the use of group codes. All employers in Shunde District must apply for a group code at Yueshengshi (粤省事) WeChat Mini Program. A 24-hour negative PCR test result is required for exit and entry to workplace by employees and visitors.
5. Reducing residents’ movement. Residents are required to commute straight between home and workplace, strictly follow relevant requirements, and stop uncessary gatherings. Large-scale activities will be subject to strict supervision and management. Festive events should be held in a simplified manner and under strict COVID-19 restrictions. Dine-in service in restaurants (including shops for drinks, snackand breakfast) are prohibited. Food takeout and delivery services are recommended.
The above measures will be implemented from the date of issuance of this notice and adjusted from time to time according to the COVID-19 situation.
